- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping
We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas not served by our carriers. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations depending on customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
- Have all tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the delivery note or invoice
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Final sale/promotional items
Return/Exchange Process

- Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions.
- Package your item carefully in its original packaging with all required documents.

Refunds
Once your return is approved:

Exchanges
- We will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the original returned item

International Returns
For customers outside France:
- International returns are accepted under the same conditions
- International return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
